Had my car towed over there to get it fixed. When i call to see what the progress is. The owner i guess wants to be s smart ass about not being able to fix it. I understand someone there had to be out but you didnt have to be a jerk about it and threaten me about getting my car out of there now.

Courteous, friendly, and great communication. I had a full diagnosis and repair options presented quickly after dropping a radiator off for repair. Recommended by a friend, and I knew immediately that I went to the best place for the job

I took my 2017 Ram yesterday to McKinney Radiator in Forest City. My heat was not working and if you own a Ram you know…They were not happy about me insisting I stay (because we don’t live in the area) while they did the work because they don’t have a waiting area, so I stayed in my truck and read a book while he worked. It took maybe an hour and a half which I expected. Phillip was great! Polite, through and would not let me leave until I had hot air blowing. Folks if you are having the same problem with your heat, I totally recommend McKinney Radiator in Forest City! Thank you Phillip (my new best friend)!

Called and described where my coolant leak was and they agreed the issue was a cracked plastic connector and suggested replacing it with a metal one. Also very helpful on the battery replacement offering several choices in different price ranges. Cost was very acceptable and the repairs done in a timely manner. Highly recommend.
